By ticking “Commitment & undertaking” in the Latch driver app, I confirm that I have read and accept the following commitments towards LATCH SERVICES, riders, and the public.

1. Accurate documents. All documents and information I submit (ID, driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance, photos) are genuine, valid, and my own. I will update them before they expire.
2. Legal and safe driving. I will obey Lebanese traffic law, drive safely, and keep my vehicle clean, roadworthy, and insured.
3. Fit to drive. I will never drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or anything that affects my ability to drive.
4. Respect for riders. I will treat every rider with respect, without harassment, discrimination, or threats, and I will not carry anything illegal.
5. Only me behind the wheel. My account is personal. I will not let anyone else use it or drive in my place.
6. Fair fares. I will charge only the fare shown in the app and will not ask riders for extra money or take trips outside the app.
7. Rider privacy. I will keep rider phone numbers, addresses, and trip details private and use them only to complete the trip.
8. Commission and wallet. I accept the Latch commission and wallet rules shown in the app, and I will keep my wallet balance above the required minimum.
9. My responsibility. I am responsible for traffic fines, damage, or violations caused by my driving or my vehicle.
10. Suspension. I understand that breaking these commitments or the Terms of Service can lead to suspension or permanent removal from Latch.
