From download to completion

    Download the Latch app

    Install the official application on your phone — iOS and Android.

  2. 2

    Open Latch

    Sign in or register. Riders and drivers must be 18 or older.

    Choose your vehicle

    Select the class that fits your trip — moto, van, VIP, or SUV & MPV.

    Add details (optional)

    Describe extra needs so dispatch and your driver understand the job — passengers, items, or special instructions.

    Send your request

    Submit the booking; we match you with an approved driver.

  6. 6

    Order accepted

    Once accepted, follow your trip in the app with live tracking and driver information.

If something goes wrong

  • Customer cancellation — You can cancel from your side when plans change; follow any in-app conditions that apply at the time.
  • Driver cancellation — Report the driver through Latch so we can review behaviour and protect the network.
  • Driver delay — Report lateness so we can track patterns and follow up.
  • Delay accepting your request — Reach our support team — we’re here to help match you or adjust the request.
  • Anything else — Contact us by phone anytime; we’ll point you to the right resolution.

Payment

Today, Latch operates with cash payments as described in your trip. We are actively working to add in-app wallet and card options — you’ll see them announced inside the app when they go live.
