What services does Latch offer?
Moto transport, van, VIP cars, and SUV & MPV — for passengers or items. Pick the class that matches your trip inside the app.
Why do you emphasise moto transport?
Many riders in Lebanon already move by moto for speed in traffic. Latch formalises that experience with verified drivers and full trip support — alongside every other vehicle class.
Where does Latch operate?
We focus on Lebanon nationwide. Availability depends on demand and fleet position; the app shows what you can book right now.
How do I book a trip?
Download the app, choose your vehicle, add optional notes, send your request, and wait for acceptance — then follow tracking until you arrive.
Are prices listed on the website?
No. Fares and promotions stay in the app so they stay accurate for your route and vehicle.
What payment methods do you support?
Today we work with cash as indicated in your trip. Wallet and card payments are in development — you’ll see them announced in the app.
What if I cancel my trip?
You can cancel from the customer side when plans change. Any conditions shown in the app at booking time still apply.
What if the driver cancels?
Report the driver through Latch. We review patterns to protect riders and keep the network fair.
What if my driver is late?
Report the delay so we can follow up and track repeated issues.
What if my request takes too long to be accepted?
Contact our support team — we’ll help you get matched or adjust your request.
How do you verify drivers?
Full name, ID or passport, criminal record check, and core vehicle documents such as registration. Only approved drivers go online.
What can I see during a trip?
Live tracking plus driver information in the app for your active booking.
How do I report a safety issue?
Call us immediately on +961 70 709 352 so we can log the incident and assist.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Riders and drivers must be at least 18 years old.
How do I delete my account?
Use the in-app settings path to delete your account. See our Delete Account page for step-by-step guidance.
Is dispatch really 24/7?
The platform is built for round-the-clock use. Very late at night, response times can occasionally be slower — call us if you need help.
