By accessing or using Latch Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Platform Use
Latch Services is a Lebanon-focused mobility platform connecting riders with verified drivers through separate rider and driver applications. Services include passenger transport across multiple vehicle classes and Send a Package delivery. You may only use the platform for lawful purposes.
3. Account Obligations
You must provide accurate, complete, and current account information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment and Billing
By requesting a transport service, you agree to pay the applicable fare or service fee as displayed in the application. All charges are final once a trip or delivery is completed unless disputed through official support channels.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Abuse, fraud, harassment of drivers or platform staff, use of false identity, interference with the platform's operation, and any unsafe or illegal behaviour are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
6. Service Standards and Availability
Latch Services maintains quality standards for all service providers on the platform. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to suspend or modify service in any area at any time.
7. Modifications to Terms
Latch Services reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
